In the evening, we offer you a varied 3-course menu, which you can enjoy for a price of at CHF 25.00 (from winter 2022/2023 at CHF 30.00) per menu when booking half-board on a daily basis. In case you want to stay flexible and prefer to have dinner with us every now and then, we will charge the current daily price (starting from CHF 42.00, depending on the menu). In order to pamper you all around, our head chef Raphael prepares fresh and lovingly chosen delicacies with mainly regional products. In search of the perfect ingredients, he often goes high up in the mountains around Davos and searches the regional forests. Raphael likes to spend his free time in the great outdoors, where he can truly enjoy natural delicacies. In summer and autumn, he collects fine mushrooms, fresh herbs and berries for you, and uses them to prepare homemade specialties with a lot of passion. The local greengrocer and the Davos dairy supplier deliver most of the other ingredients for his creations on a daily basis. From exquisite delicacies such as beef fillet in a herb crust, Capuns to traditional Zurich sliced meat - the varied and creative menus in our hotel in Davos leave nothing to be desired.
Of course, we also take into account individual wishes and are happy to prepare special menus in case you suffer any allergies and for vegetarians or vegans. Just communicate your wishes in advance and we will make them happen!
