Evening Culinary Delights. Let yourself be indulged in our elegantly furnished dining room in warm Swiss pinewood style – in a relaxed atmosphere, with attentive service and an eye for the special.
Every evening from 6:00 p.m., we serve a varied four-course dinner, which you can enjoy as part of our half-board offer for CHF 30.00 per day. If you prefer to dine with us only occasionally, we charge the current daily rate (starting at CHF 42.00, depending on the menu).
We kindly ask our guests to arrive by 7:30 p.m. at the latest, unless otherwise agreed – this allows us to offer you a relaxed and well-paced dining experience.
Our head chef creates fresh, lovingly prepared dishes every day, using primarily regional ingredients. In summer and autumn, he personally collects fragrant mushrooms, wild herbs, and berries from the surrounding nature. Other fresh ingredients are delivered daily by local partners such as the Davos greengrocer and the Davos dairy.
Look forward to refined classics such as herb-crusted beef fillet, Capuns, or Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, and be inspired by the creativity and diversity of our cuisine. Of course, we are happy to accommodate special dietary needs and prepare tailored menus for vegetarians, vegans or guests with allergies.
