Terms & Conditions
Should you arrive earlier or wish to depart later, we will be happy to store your luggage for you.
Pets
Pets are warmly welcome at our hotel! With prior notice, we are pleased to reserve a table for you and your four-legged friend in our lobby or library, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner together.
Late Check-out
A late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. We charge CHF 10.00 per room and hour.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 0–1 days prior to arrival: 100% of the booked stay

Cancellation 2–7 days prior to arrival: 75% of the booked stay

Cancellation 8–14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked stay

Cancellation 15–21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the booked stay
No-show / Non-arrival
In case of no-show, the full amount of your booking will be charged to the provided credit card or invoiced.
Rooms not occupied on the booked arrival date without prior notice will be released for other guests.
Parking
Our hotel offers a limited number of parking spaces, which can be used for a fee per vehicle and night, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not possible. However, additional paid parking options are available in close proximity to the hotel.
